To me a workout named Insanity is just that-INSANE! Over Time, this type of repeated exercise will result in over-use conditions such as shin splits, tendonitis, and stress fractures to name a few. Where did the idea come from that such abuse of our bodies would bring us greater health and wellness? That is really insane! Significant wellness can be found by performing less intense exercises and activities and by following moderate diets. Health and wellness is mostly about making good choices over extended periods of time.
