The Little Engine that Got it Right

Do you remember the little red engine that could?  The one that said, "I think I can. I think I can. I know I can!"  He was in the train yard with the big engines who had failed to get the heavy train over the steep mountain, and they just quit trying.  It was too hard.

The little red engine began with the thought – I think I can.  He made a plan.  He acted.  It's called the good, better and best phenomenon.  Having desires, thoughts, and goals are good.  Making a plan is better. But the best occurs when we take action.  That is when real change happens.

Action is what produces the results.  The little red engine thought he could, so he planned to hook those heavy cars up and climb up that mountain one wheel revolution at a time.  He then acted and made it happen!  He talked the talk, then rolled up the track.

Are you ready to act to find a solution for the back, sciatic, or neck pain you have been living with?  Are you ready to shut the “big trains” up by acting and showing them how determined and capable you are, just like the Little Red Engine?
